Recently my niece, Christina, posted this recipe on Facebook. Mom copied it down and we have already made it twice! The first time was our "trial run" and the second time was for a birthday luncheon for friends. This is fast and easy! Thanks Christina for sharing!
16 oz. jar Alfredo Sauce (we used Ragu Alfredo and it is really good.)
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 cups diced chicken (good use of leftover chicken)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
21 jumbo pasta shells
Cook and drain pasta shells. Carefully handle them.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Spoon mixture into each pasta shell, filling full, but not over-flowing.
Place in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
We served this with a spinach salad and fresh homemade Italian Herb Bread.
(The bread will be tomorrow's recipe!)
